CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you can either send an email to us at [email protected] or use the “Billing Info” button in your account.

Note that if you cancel your subscription, you can still access Respontika until the end of your current subscription period. You will not be charged for any future subscription fees once the cancellation process is complete.

Note that you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in your subscription being renewed, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

A refund for a subscription payment may be granted to each user if they apply to Respontika for the refund within 7 days of purchasing the subscription.

Tips left for your personal expert are refundable, but only if you request a refund from Respontika before the first subscription billing period is charged (within trial period).

Respontika maintains the right to initiate special incentive pricing, membership, and other programs, which may be limited at Respontika's sole discretion to defined and limited Users or non-Users. Any promotional monies or credits placed into customer accounts by Respontika for use towards website features on the website remain the property of Respontika, and they never become the property of Customers nor become refundable to the Customer. Unless otherwise stated on the Website or in an email to a Customer, they will be usable for thirty (30) days.

In any case, Respontika reserves the right to refuse to provide any kind of refund if the customer has violated any provisions of the Terms.

There are no refunds available for the following:

  • Fees for chatting with experts;
  • Tips, if requested more than 3 days after the charge;
  • Premium reports;
  • Subscriptions that have been billed more than once.

Notice for residents of certain US states. If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Notice for the EU residents. If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within foourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
